As a senior leader with 30+ years franchise operations experience in the restaurant industry, I had both P and L responsibility for large territories as well consulting and oversight roles to help franchise owners achieve their business goals. I also worked extensively with strategic planning and creating business plans. My active involvement in several nonprofit organizations has helped me develop expertise in the nonprofit sector. Additionally, I currently develop and teach HRD courses at Wake Tech Community College. These classes focus on assisting individuals with career exploration and regaining employment.

I have been an active Raleigh SCORE volunteer since 2009.
